Chulho Jung is interested in the relationship between human intervention and landscapes, with influences from both land and conceptual art. In his recent work, his carefully curated photographic series examines the relationship between the physical object of a ‘circle’ to the perception of spaces in urban and suburban environments. Through repetition of the subject matter in his series, Chulho’s research seeks to invoke thoughts on the purpose of these spaces.
